Libertad and a cup of joe

Upon landing in Miami airport, I went to use the ladies room. I had forgotten about automatic flushing toilets and the fact that you can actually flush the paper down the toilet- I was a bit flustered with the `culture shock´ of convenience that it caught me off guard.
The whole trip was extravagant with convenience, familiarity, indulgence, and storying. I found myself at one point thinking how great life is- and how I dabble in two worlds at once.

(i heart flagstaff)

Ryan and Bethany´s wedding was so lovely complete with a decent rainshower and a ginormous rainbow and barefoot barn dancing. New beginnings are sweet.

I easily immersed myself into the lives of great friends and old meeting spots like this one (Macy´s in Flagstaff). Sharing stories over homemade meals is quite possibly the most exquisite form of doing life with those around you.

4th of July could not be overlooked as the red, white and blue decor shouted patriotic pride along with a parade- rowe, this john deere tractor is for you!

Just a quick blog to say thanks to all of you who fed me, gave me a couch to sleep on, embraced the strange things I did or said and took time to catch up a bit. Love.

I didn't know you came back (at least for a bit). Jealous of your Flagstaff immersion- I miss it. If you're headed toward California for a little rendezvous- give me a holler! Miss you and glad to keep up with your life.
